Dunkin Donuts, Penn Station open in Elkhart

Two new popular fast food chains have come to Elkhart. Dunkin’ Donuts and Penn Station East Coast Subs are now open at the corner of Cassopolis Street and County Road 6.

The restaurants are part of the Shoppes on Six retail development by Thomson Thrift Development of Carmel, Ind.

Several customers passing each other at the door to Dunkin’ Donuts said they were excited to see the breakfast spot open and stopped by to pick up coffee.

Dunkin’ Donuts also has a franchise location at 906 Pike St. in Goshen and two locations in South Bend. Penn Station Subs has a location in South Bend and one in Mishawaka.

The Dunkin’ Donuts in Shoppes on Six at 335 C.R. 6 in Elkhart is open 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Sunday. It has a drive-through as well.

Penn Station Subs at 335 C.R. 6 in Elkhart is open 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays.
