As summer is getting into full swing, I have been receiving requests for some of these cold, creamy pies.

Peanut butter pie is a classic favorite, but the other two are lesser known fluffy rivals that use similar ingredients. Here are my top three no-bake pie recipes:

PEANUT BUTTER PIE

Total time: 1 hour, 15 minutes

Serves: 6 to 8

You’ll need:

• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 8 ounces of cream cheese
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tub of Cool Whip
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 graham cracker pie shell

Directions:

1. Make sure the cream cheese and Cool Whip are soft enough to mix without clumping. To speed up the process, throw the cream cheese in the microwave for 45 seconds.
2. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into the crust and refrigerate for one hour before serving.

OREO CHEESECAKE PIE

Total time: 1 hour, 15 minutes

Serves: 6 to 8

You’ll need:

• 8 ounces of cream cheese
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tub of Cool Whip
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 Oreo crust
• 15 to 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
• Hershey’s chocolate syrup, to taste

Directions:

1. Mix all the ingredients together, except for the chocolate syrup.
2. Pour into Oreo crust.
3. Top with additional Oreos for decoration, and finish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
4. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.

DREAMSICLE PIE

Total time: 1 hour, 15 minutes

Serves: 6 to 8

You’ll need:

• Graham cracker pie crust
• 1 tub Cool Whip
• 8 ounces of cream cheese
• 1/2 cup Tang powder (seriously, this stuff still exists. It was my favorite after school drink about 15 years ago.)

Directions:

1. Mix all the ingredients together once Cool Whip and cream cheese are softened.
2. Pour into crust and refrigerate for 1 how before serving.
