Pi Day 2016: The Daily Meal lists the best pie each state in the U.S. has to offer
Mathematical! It’s March 14, and that means it’s National Pi Day, the day we celebrate pi — 3.14 — the number that makes the world go round.
The Daily Meal ranked the best pie in each state for 2016 after a (mostly) scientific analysis of pies with cultural significance to a state, state fruits and similar criteria. In Indiana, sugar cream pie was selected as the best the state has to offer, while cherry pie makes the list for Michigan.
Do you agree? What pie do you think is the best in the state? Tell us in the comments.
