Qdoba Mexican Eats has wrapped up construction and will be opening their doors to burrito and nacho lovers alike at the new Elkhart location on Wednesday, March 16.
The Mexican restaurant will open its doors at 10:30 a.m. and will be offering free Knockout Tacos, tacos that feature a variety of six fillings, all day long. Guests may also order off the full menu, which includes burritos, burrito bowls, loaded-tortilla soup and nachos.
Megan Prejzner, the brand manager for Qdoba, said the restaurant will continue the tradition of topping customers’ entrees “with as much guac and Queso taste buds can handle.”
The new location features free Wi-Fi and a modern yet comfortable design where families and friends may eat and relax. Catering will also be available for parties at the Elkhart location.
