Snowplow drivers and police can warm up, grab coffee at the Curve Cafe in Mishawaka on Wednesday evening

The Curve Cafe will open special hours Wednesday evening for police and snowplow drivers.

The cafe, at 3407 Lincolnway East in Mishawaka, will open at 8 p.m. Wednesday and remain open through its normal business hours on Thursday. The cafe will offer free coffee and soft drinks to public service workers, according to a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page. A short menu of biscuits and gravy or cinnamon rolls will be offered while supplies last.

“We wanna let ’em know we’re taking care of ’em,” said director of marketing Dave Pestrak.

Hours for the cafe are 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily.
