IHOP will be offering all-you-can-eat pancakes from Jan. 4 to Feb. 14 at participating restaurants for dine-in customers.

Pancake lovers will be able to order five famous buttermilk pancakes or a short stack of two pancakes along with a plate of eggs, hash browns and choice of breakfast meats for breakfast, lunch or dinner. After their initial serving, customers will be able to order unlimited short stacks.

For a single up charge, breakfast lovers will be able to mix and match fruit toppings on all subsequent orders of pancakes including strawberries, blueberries, cinnamon apples and peaches.

On Jan. 15, IHOP’s noted pancake artist, Nathan Shields, will have his skills put to the test as pancake fanatics will be able to tweet a photo of their choosing for him to replicate in pancake form. Tweeters will be able to tag @IHOP in their photos along with the hashtag #Panuary, and Shields will randomly select photos to create pancake portraits in real time. Once the pancake portrait is finished, IHOP will tweet back the results.

The IHOPs around Michiana are found at 4115 N. Main St., Mishawaka, and 2905 Ferndale Road, Elkhart.
