A cotton candy vendor has been ordered to stop selling candy.
The vendor, Ovidio Ferman Aquirre, was accused of selling candy without a valid food service license, The Elkhart Truth reports.

The Elkhart County Health Department said the man was selling the candy in Goshen and Elkhart after he made it in his Chicago home.
He is ordered to stop until he meets state health regulations.
