Applebee's gives out free food to celebrate 35 years and launch of new menu
Applebee’s guests can get a first taste of new appetizer options for free next week.
To celebrate 35 years, the company is holding a “Taste the Change Day” on Tuesday, July 21, where it will offer free sampler plates of its new Sriracha shrimp and churro s’mores appetizers, according to a news release from Applebee’s.
11 a.m. to close, Tuesday, July 21
Seven area Applebee’s locations in Goshen, Elkhart, South Bend, Granger and Plymouth.
The restaurant is also rolling out its new menu, with new appetizers and sandwiches, according to the news release.

Sriracha shrimp (normally $8.29) is fried and coated shrimp that has been dunked in a sriracha-lime sauce. The churro s’mores (normally $3.99) are fried dough twists served with chocolate and marshmallow dip, according to the company.
Only dine-in guests will get the offer, and can add another appetizer at a discount, according to the release.
