It’s like Chipotle, but it’s pizza. Blaze Pizza, a fast-casual chain, is opening soon at 1234 N. Eddy St., in South Bend.
Customers can build their own 11-inch pizza, choosing from fresh cheeses, vegetables and more than 40 other toppings, according to previous Flavor 574 reporting.

There are also gluten-free and vegan pizza options.
The restaurant will include an outdoor patio area and is expected to open in the third week of July.
A new beer garden is open at Evil Czech Brewery, 3703 N. Main St., Mishawaka.
The space can hold up to 120 people, according to previous Flavor 574 reporting, and the outdoor eating plans don’t stop there.

In about a month, the brewery plans to set up a refurbished double-decker bus by the restaurant to sell beer, tacos and other appetizers.
