‘Anything Goes’ at this year’s Elkhart County 4-H Fair, at least with sweet peppers, that is.
Purdue Extension of Elkhart County announced last week the addition of the “Anything Goes with Sweet Peppers” contest Saturday, July 25, according to previous Flavor 574 reporting.
The only requirement is that the dish’s main ingredient must be sweet peppers and the recipe must be homemade.
