Beer and popcorn are the new soda and popcorn at the movies, at least for the movie-going crowd in Niles, Mich.
Wonderland Cinema, 402 N. Front St., has a new area tucked away at the end of the concessions counter so adult moviegoers can order beer or a cocktail, Heidi Prescott with the South Bend Tribune reports. Wonderland is the first theater of its kind in the area to get a liquor license, according to the report.

Beer offerings include Budweiser, Miller and craft offerings like Goose Island and Tapistry, according to the report. A 12 ounce is $3 and a 16 ounce is $4, with cocktails costing $5, according to the South Bend Tribune.
