Memorial Day is the unofficial, official start of summer that is almost always marked with one big cookout.

If you’re bringing the grill out of hiding for the first time since last season, take your grill game to the next level with a few tips.

Learn everything you’ll need to know, from what cuts of meat to purchase to where to put the meat, on the full list on Flavor 574. While you’re at it, be sure to share your own grill tips.

MARTIN’S EXPRESS IN GOSHEN IS OPEN

To learn more about the history of the drink and to get an easy recipe, see her column on Flavor 574
