If you didn’t get a chance to get a cinnamon caramel doughnut from Rise ’N Roll’s new Mishawaka store on Saturday, that’s okay, because…

RISE ’N ROLL IN MISHAWAKA OPENS MONDAY

The Middlebury-based bakery’s new location was originally scheduled to open Monday, April 27, but opened early Saturday, April 25 and released the sweet smell of cinnamon caramel doughnuts into St. Joseph County.

Cases of doughnuts, including the ever-popular cinnamon caramel doughnut, will be filled each day after deliveries are dropped off fresh each morning. Candies and canned items will also be available, and lunchtime diners can grab a bite at the deli.

For more information about the bakery and its hours, see the full story on Flavor 574

WHICH RESTAURANTS OR BARS HAVE THE BEST MARGARITA?

Sure, the Elkhart County primary elections are May 5, but the date also means Cinco de Mayo fun and chips and salsa abound.

We want your help finding the best margarita in Michiana. If you’ve got a favorite, fill out this form below and let us know!

Now the real question: Salt or sugar?
