Right now, there are about 30 stores in the state, according to the report, though the exact locations for new ones are undecided.
The company signed franchise agreements with stores in Indianapolis, Fort Wayne and Lafayette and is seeking operators in Evansville and Terre Haute in southern Indiana, according to the Indy Star.
The expansion is part of a larger initiative to double its locations nation-wide and compete with Starbucks, the coffee shop industry leader, according to the report.
Dunkin’s new locations are expected to open between 2016 and 2019, Lafayette Journal and Courier reports.
