Texas Roadhouse in Elkhart is reopening its doors less than two weeks after it caught fire.

The Western-themed steakhouse will resume regular business hours Monday, Dec. 30, the business announced in a news release. Regular hours are 4 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 4 to 11 p.m. Friday; 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.
