The following is a press release from Wings Stadium.
Kalamazoo, Mich. – Wings Stadium Event Center will be hosting its first Kalamazoo Craft Beer Festival, presented by Old Burdick’s Bar & Grill, on Saturday, Nov. 1, from 1 to 7 p.m. Breweries from across the country, including Bell’s Brewery, Saugatuck Brewing Company, Alaskan Brewing Company and Sprecher Brewing Company, are signed up to be a part of this event.
“We wanted to showcase a variety of craft beer across the country to all the beer lovers in the Kalamazoo area,” said Rob Underwood, entertainment director at Wings Stadium. “Beer lovers should plan on spending a whole day at the event, learning about the different types of craft beer, and we’re planning on tapping a unique beer at every half hour.”
In addition to showcasing a variety of craft beers, breweries in attendance will have booths set up to talk about their brews and provide tastings, hops and brewing workshops. There will also be a one-of-a-kind keg curling tournament.
Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 at the door and include 10 tasting tokens. VIP tickets are $60 and include 15 tasting tokens, as well as an hour early admission.
