Vegan Chocolate Mousse
vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup raw agave nectar
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate almond milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Mix all the ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl using a food processor or immersion blender.
- Top with any of your favorite toppings. I used coconut shavings and on another I used crushed walnuts. You could also top with whipped cream or fresh fruit.
- Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
